What to expect from the Reset
- 01 The Clarity Call (40 minutes). A conversation between you and me to confirm fit and get the right people in the room.
- 02 The Reset (90 min). Your full leadership team. Structured conversations that surface misalignment, sharpen priorities, and produce real decisions before we leave the room.
- 03 Debrief. A short follow-up where we review what surfaced, what the team committed to, and whether ongoing coaching makes sense as the next move.
