Weekly leadership-team coaching sessions. We map the eight elements of BGOS™ to your business, surface where the work is actually breaking, and lock the meeting cadence the team will live in.

Weeks 5–8

Install the discipline

Coaching shifts from diagnostic to operational. We work the Discover · Discuss · Decide framework live, in your real meetings, with your real issues. Decisions stick. Hallway interpretations stop.

Weeks 9–12

Hand off the rhythm

The team starts driving the cadence themselves. My role shifts from leader to advisor. By the end, the leadership team owns the operating system — and you’ve gotten your week back.
